Virginia D’Antonio is a university professor, PhD in Sociology, researcher, a mother, dog mom, and gun rights advocate.
Virginia has published scholarly work in both academic journals and USCCA Concealed Carry magazine. She conducts both quantitative and qualitative research about women and gun culture. Her work reflects the  meaning of a concealed carry lifestyle for women and gives voice to women’s life experiences and pathways into firearms ownership, training, and safety.
She frequently participates in firearms training courses, and enjoys membership in her local women’s shooting league, Hot Shots. She enjoys advocating for gun rights, participating in fundraising, and giving presentations to women about gun safety and concealed carry lifestyle.
